Five fire crews swarmed a blazing barn at Ridgeway Moor from across South and West Yorkshire earlier today.
Derbyshire Fire & rescue Service said they have now scaled back the operation, but expect to carry on into the night.
Residents have been told to shut all windows and doors by the Derbyshire Fire & rescue Service. Roads closures will be implemented with residents advised to avoid the area.
