A Sheffield farm has launched a competition to name a newborn male llama.
Graves Park Animal Farm, in Norton, is the home of three baby llamas, born to parents Nancy and Socks at the end of January.
Families are being invited to suggest names for one of the newborn male llamas on the farm’s Facebook page, to go alongside his siblings, who have been named Lettuce and Humus.
Councillor Kurtis Crossland said: “Being one of the first newborn’s during this year’s Spring season, we want locals to get involved in naming the cria, giving it a warm welcome to one of Sheffield’s most notorious animal farms.
“So, I’m asking people to get their thinking caps on and come up with some clever and imaginative names.”
A number of names have already been suggested in the competition, with the winner being announced on March 12.
One commenter suggested “Hendos, because he’s dark & made in Sheffield just like our famous relish,” whilst another suggested “Marble” due to his likeness to a marble cake.
The farm currently has a herd of 20 llamas, who split their time between entertaining the visitors and improving the local land for wildlife by grazing grassy areas.
Visitors are able to feed the llamas when visiting the farm, which is free of charge to enter and open seven days a week.
