The stakes are high for Charity hosting Vegas night to raise money for Hospice.

Four final year students from Sheffield Hallam university are organising a Las Vegas themed night in support of St.Luke’s hospice, Sheffield.

The event will take place at Wadsley Bridge W.M.C, Sheffield from 7pm to 11pm on April 10.

The night includes a live performance by an Elvis impersonator, a local DJ and three casino game tables with professional croupiers.

The students are hoping to raise £3,000 to donate to St Luke’s Hospice.

Shalomee, a student part of the group said her team have had successful fundraising events in the past , one of which including a vintage pop up sale which managed to raise £2,000.

The group said they previously hosted a vintage rail at the Sheffield Hallam university open day with clothes they donated themselves, and donations from others. They managed to raise £155 in 4 hours which they were really happy with.

They will be hosting another vintage rail event at their next university open day on the 21st March.

Their team have received praise and positive feedback from St.Luke’s about the contributions they are providing for them.
