He went outside after seeing the blue lights from the pub\u2019s window.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He claims, \u201cHe was laying down a while, a good fifteen minutes\u2026with no change.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pedestrian received specialist paramedic treatment in an ambulance at the scene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>South Yorkshire Ambulance services confirmed that they were transported to Northern General Hospital for further treatment. There are no updates regarding their condition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A resident of Glossop Road, who also heard the incident, said the road was &#8220;horrific&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said: \u201cI\u2019ve lived here since September, this intersection is horrific. Crossing is horrific, I&#8217;m constantly trying. There\u2019s no traffic lights to cross or anything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carl Ale, a security guard at the Co-Op opposite the accident, said: \u201cIt&#8217;s a very dangerous intersection.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr Ale has worked at the Co-Op for five years, and claimed accidents don&#8217;t seem to happen often. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No statement is available from South Yorkshire Police at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A spokesperson for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: \u2018We received an emergency call at 7.36pm on Friday 28 February to report a collision between a car and pedestrian on Glossop Road, Sheffield.
