Open Up Sheffield had a free art event where many artists around the Sheffield area, such as Fulwood, presented their art in their homes for people to view.
Shef-Live visited two exhibitions: one from Graham Dunn, a fine-art landscape photographer, and another from Karen Perkins and Celia Bennett, who are both artists.
The creators shared their journeys that led to their work and their opinions.
Karen Perkins, an artist and hiker, said: “I think speed’s good for me. I don’t overthink it, I just enjoy it”
Viewers were able to buy art pieces from as cheap as £2.50 to as expensive as £2,295.
Over 144 artists showed their artwork during the bank holiday weekend and will continue next weekend.
